“Property features a package that includes AT&T Internet, smart home upcharge, Valet Trash (Sunday – Thursday evenings starting at 5 for setting your trash out) and AMENIFY (please see their website for more information – it includes cleaning and handyman services and grocer deliver amongst other things). New leases will now include a fee for the package deliver locker (better than having to drive out to the post office on College Dr.) as well as Liability Coverage for your apartment. Please note that although their website says that rent is all-inclusive, it is NOT. This package is mandator for all residents and gets added on to the base rent that you see on their website.
